Creating the music that
delivers your story.

Artisan music for your film, TV, advert, other sync or visual media production, or theatre production.

If you are looking for music which feels authentic, gritty, real, down to earth, captures a spirit of adventure, that is both timeless and contemporary, that might grace a Coen brothers film or something with a Tarantino vibe  – then Artisan Works is for you!

Or if you are looking for the wonderful creative dissonance achieved by placing music which is powerfully redolent of another world and time in a setting of disintegrating world of big data, corporate corruption, false facts, social media overload – then Artisan Works is for you!

Composers and musicians Steve Bonham and Christopher Lydon have been collaborating for twenty years, and have composed together and separately for numerous albums and theatrical productions. They are continuing their partnership to create stings and soundtracks for film, TV, video games, adverts and theatre shows steeped in the principles of the Artisan Manifesto.

Their style is singular and authentic and acoustic, with its roots in Americana, folk, country, blues, jazz and rock.

They create music that resonates both sides of the Atlantic – or indeed anywhere the music of the outlaw, the renegade, the loner, the rebel, the lover, the outsider has meaning.
