Artisan Creative was created to provide a platform for developing ​distinctive books, recordings and performances.

Artisan Books

Artisan Creative is a publisher of books by Steve Bonham, Chris Lydon, Kev Moore and soon to be others. Book about treks across America (A Beautiful Broken Dream), an artisan approach to being happy (How to Survive and Thrive in an Impossible World), the story of the making of American Wilderness and the mad adventures behind it (The American Wilderness Odyssey Companion) and Stumbling Over Eden.

Artisan Recordings

The handmade, do it yourself, 'artisan' spirit has also meant that we have release a growing catalogue of music on our own Artisan Creative label. Albums include: The Murmuring of Thieves, The Girl With a Rattlesnake Heart, Reliance and 2021's American Wilderness Odyssey and Steve Bonham's new solo album, Standing Stones.

Artisan Performances

Artisan Creative develops, promotes and enables a broad range of shows from theatre pieces to concerts, all celebrating the 'extraordinary stories of ordinary folk'. Based on over 30 years of experience of working with professional and non-professional collaborators, we have delivered everything from large-scale community projects to intimate solo performances.

Creating the music that ​delivers your story. Artisan music for your film, TV, advert, other sync or visual media production, or theatre production. This is a 'one-stop shop' for creative people looking to easily access great edits, flexible stems and backing tracks.

Artisan Performers

Artisan Creative is the home of the acclaimed band Steve Bonham and The Long Road and Steve Bonham's solo work. The band have recorded three albums over the last three years and toured widely. Their music has been been described as 'moonshine music'  - taking a few simple ingredients and conjuring up some spirit. The band are passionate that their music being 'artisan'  - authentic, inspired, crafted and based on the raw material of experience.

Artisan Creative have also produced twelve episodes of The Artisan Music Show - an online magazine show - and over 65 episodes of The Long Road Podcast.
